• Sister Hospitaller in hand
• Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward in the graveyard
• Thermopod on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Sister Hospitaller by paying
2. When Sister Hospitaller enters, it triggers, returning Abdel Adrian from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to gain life equal to its mana value
3. When Abdel Adrian enters, it triggers, exiling Sister Hospitaller until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token
4. Activate Thermopod by sacrificing Abdel Adrian
5. When Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, Sister Hospitaller is returned from exile to the battlefield
6. Repeat from step 2
