Prerequisites

• Cadric, Soul Kindler on the battlefield
• Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward in hand or in the command zone
• Thermopod on the battlefield
• plus enough mana to pay for commander tax, if applicable available

Steps

1. Cast Abdel Adrian either from your hand or from the command zone by paying plus commander tax, if applicable
2. Abdel Adrian enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Cadric
3. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, choosing not to exile anything
4. Resolve the Cadric trigger, causing you to pay to create a token copy of Abdel Adrian with haste
5. The Abdel Adrian token enters the battlefield, exiling the nontoken Abdel Adrian until the token Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token
6. Activate Thermopod's second ability by sacrificing the token Abdel Adrian, adding
7. The token Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, causing the nontoken Abdel Adrian to return to the battlefield from exile
8. Repeat from step 2
