Steps

1. Cast a copy of All Aboard by paying , targeting Abdel Adrian
2. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Skycoach Conductor
3. It'll enter prepared due to its effect
4. Resolve All Aboard, blinking Abdel Adrian
5. All permanents that were exiled with it will return to the battlefield
6. When Abdel Adrian enters, it triggers
7. Holding priority, activate any number of permanents by tapping them, adding at least
8. Resolve Abdel Adrian, exiling the permanents tapped for mana and creating that many 1/1 Soldier creature tokens
9. Repeat
