• Ruthless Technomancer on the battlefield
• Emiel the Blessed on the battlefield
• Academy Manufactor on the battlefield
• You control a nontoken creature with power seven or greater

Steps

1. Activate Emiel by paying , blinking Ruthless Technomancer
2. When Ruthless Technomancer enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to sacrifice a nontoken creature you control with power seven or greater, and create at least seven Treasure, seven Food, and seven Clue artifact tokens
3. Activate six Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
4. Activate Ruthless Technomancer by paying and sacrificing at least seven artifacts, returning a nontoken creature you control with power seven or greater from your graveyard to the battlefield
5. Repeat
