Steps

1. Cast Mox Amber by paying
2. Activate Mox Amber by tapping it, adding
3. Cast [[Creature with ETB: "Return a creature to hand" (Self-Bounce)]] by paying
4. When [[Creature with ETB: "Return a creature to hand" (Self-Bounce)]] enters the battlefield, it triggers twice due to Delney, returning Mox Amber and [[Creature with ETB: "Return a creature to hand" (Self-Bounce)]] from the battlefield to your hand
5. Repeat
