Prerequisites

• Hydra Omnivore on the battlefield
• Grafted Exoskeleton on the battlefield
• An opponent cannot block Hydra Omnivore
• You have a way to increase Hydra Omnivore's power by 2 or more, or each opponent has at least two poison counters

Steps

1. Deal combat damage to an opponent using Hydra Omnivore, causing them to get at least eight poison counters
2. The opponent loses the game as a state-based action due to having ten or more poison counters
3. Hydra Omnivore triggers, causing each other opponent to get at least eight poison counters
4. Each remaining opponent loses the game as a state-based action due to having ten or more poison counters
