Prerequisites

• Lulu, Stern Guardian on the battlefield
• Magistrate's Scepter on the battlefield
• each turn available

Steps

1. Activate Lulu by paying , causing you to proliferate and put a charge counter on Magistrate's Scepter
2. Repeat step 1 two additional times
3. Activate Magistrate's Scepter's second ability by tapping it and removing three charge counters from it, causing you to take an extra turn after this one
4. Repeat each turn
