Prerequisites

• Obeka, Splitter of Seconds on the battlefield
• Magistrate's Scepter on the battlefield
• Vedalken Infuser on the battlefield

Steps

1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Vedalken Infuser triggers, putting a charge counter on Magistrate's Scepter
2. Deal combat damage to an opponent using Obeka, triggering Obeka, causing you to get two additional upkeep steps after this one
3. Repeat step 1 during each of the additional upkeep steps
4. Activate Magistrate's Scepter's second ability by tapping it and removing three charge counters from it, causing you to take an extra turn after this one
5. Repeat each turn
