Prerequisites

• Magistrate's Scepter on the battlefield
• Merfolk Skydiver on the battlefield
• Magistrate's Scepter has a least one charge counter on it
• each turn available

Steps

1. Activate Merfolk Skydiver, proliferating the charge counter on Magistrate's Scepter
2. Repeat step one an additional two times
3. Activate Magistrate's Scepter by tapping it and removing three charge counters from it, taking an extra turn after this one
4. Repeat
