Prerequisites

• Magistrate's Scepter on the battlefield
• Rings of Brighthearth on the battlefield
• Doubling Season on the battlefield
• Magistrate's Scepter has at least three charge counters on it
• each odd-numbered turn, with available each even-numbered turn available

Steps

1. Activate Magistrate's Scepter's second ability by tapping it and removing three charge counters from it
2. Rings of Brighthearth triggers, causing you to pay to copy Magistrate's Scepter's ability
3. Resolve both Magistrate's Scepter's abilities, causing you to take two extra turns after this one
4. Move to your next turn
5. Activate Magistrate's Scepter's first ability by paying and tapping it
6. Rings of Brighthearth triggers, causing you to pay to copy Magistrate's Scepter's ability
7. Resolve both Magistrate's Scepter's abilities, putting four charge counters on it
8. Move to your next turn
9. Repeat
