Steps

2. Storm-Kiln Artist triggers, creating a Treasure artifact token
3. Resolve Cloudshift, blinking Revolutionist
4. When Revolutionist enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Cloudshift to your hand from your graveyard
5. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
6. Repeat
