Steps

1. Activate Sneak Attack by paying , putting Shivan Phoenix from your hand onto the battlefield
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Shivan Phoenix, adding
3. Shivan Phoenix dies, returning itself from your graveyard to your hand
4. Repeat
