Mikaeus, the Lunarch, Magnanimous Magistrate, and Metastatic Evangel

Prerequisites

• Mikaeus, the Lunarch in hand or in the command zone
• Magnanimous Magistrate on the battlefield
• Metastatic Evangel on the battlefield
• Magnanimous Magistrate has at least one reprieve counter on it
• plus enough mana to pay for commander tax, if applicable available

Steps

1. Cast Mikaeus either from your hand or from the command zone by paying plus commander tax, if applicable
2. Mikaeus enters the battlefield and dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness
3. Metstatic Evangel and Magnanimous Magistrate trigger
4. Resolve the Metastatic Evangel trigger, putting a reprieve counter on Magnanimous Magistrate
5. Resolve the Magnanimous Magistrate trigger, removing a reprieve counter from it and returning Mikaeus from your graveyard to the battlefield
6. Repeat
