Prerequisites

• Kumena, Tyrant of Orazca on the battlefield
• Deeproot Pilgrimage on the battlefield
• Faces of the Past on the battlefield
• Bloodthrone Vampire on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Kumena's first ability by tapping another nontoken Merfolk you control
2. Deeproot Pilgrimage triggers, creating a 1/1 Merfolk creature token
3. Resolve the Kumena ability
4. Activate Bloodthrone Vampire by sacrificing the Merfolk token
5. When the Merfolk dies, Faces of the Past triggers, untapping all Merfolk
6. Resolve the Bloodthrone Vampire ability
7. Repeat
