Prerequisites

• Falco Spara, Pactweaver on the battlefield
• Sensei's Divining Top on the battlefield
• Vodalian Wave-Knight on the battlefield
• Temur Battlecrier on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library
2. Vodalian Wave-Knight triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on each other Knight and/or Merfolk you control
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying and removing a counter from a creature you control
4. Repeat

Results

• Infinite card draw
• Infinite draw triggers
• Near-infinite storm count
• Near-infinite +1/+1 counters on all Merfolks and Knights you control except Vodalian Wave-Knight
