• Turnabout in hand
• You control lands that can produce
• available

Steps

1. Cast Turnabout, choosing to untap lands
2. Pay to activate Nivix Guildmage's second ability, copying turnabout and untapping your lands
3. Tap lands to produce
4. Activate Nivix and additional time and repeat the process
