Steps

1. Cast Beck by paying
2. Draw a card
3. Nadir Kraken triggers, causing you to pay to put a +1/+1 counter on it and create a 1/1 Tentacle creature token
4. When the Tentacle enters the battlefield, Beck triggers
5. Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Tentacle, adding
6. Resolve the Beck trigger, causing you to draw a card
7. Repeat from step 3
