• Plargg, Dean of Chaos // Augusta, Dean of Order in hand
• Aluren on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Augusta from your hand by paying due to Aluren
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Augusta, adding one mana of any color
3. When Augusta dies, Death's Oasis triggers, causing you to mill two cards and return Plargg from your graveyard to your hand
4. Repeat
