• Wrathful Red Dragon on the battlefield
• Star of Extinction in hand

Steps

1. Cast Star of Extinction by paying , destroying target land and dealing 20 damage to each creature and planeswalker
2. Wrathful Red Dragon triggers for each Dragon you control
3. Resolve the first Wrathful Red Dragon trigger, dealing 20 damage to any non-Dragon target
4. Repeat step 3 for each remaining trigger
