Steps

1. Deal noncombat damage to Smaug
2. Smaug and Howlpack Avenger trigger
3. Resolve the Smaug trigger, creating at least one Treasure token
4. Resolve the Howlpack Avenger trigger, dealing damage to Smaug
5. Repeat from step 2
