• Evolution Witness on the battlefield
• Myr Scrapling on the battlefield
• Umori, the Collector on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Myr Scrapling by sacrificing it, targeting Evolution Witness, putting a +1/+1 counter on Evolution Witness
2. Evolution Witness triggers, returning Myr Scrapling from your graveyard to your hand
3. Cast Myr Scrapling by paying
4. Repeat
