Steps

1. Cast Footsteps of the Goryo by paying its mana cost
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Footsteps of the Goryo
4. Holding priority, activate Woe Strider by sacrificing Naru Meha, causing you to scry 1
5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Footsteps of the Goryo Resolve the Footsteps of the Goryo copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield
6. Repeat from step 3
