Steps

1. Cast Footsteps of the Goryo by paying its mana cost
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Footsteps of the Goryo
4. Holding priority, activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Naru Meha, causing a player to mill card(s)
5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Footsteps of the Goryo Resolve the Footsteps of the Goryo copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield
6. Repeat from step 3
