Steps

1. Declare Hellkite Charger and Zuko as attackers, triggering each of their abilities
2. Resolve the Zuko trigger, adding an amount of equal to the number of experience counters you have
3. Resolve the Hellkite Charger trigger, causing you to pay to untap all attacking creatures and to get an additional combat phase after this one
4. Repeat each combat phase
