Steps

1. Declare Hellkite Charger and Fire Lord Zuko as attackers, triggering their abilities
2. Resolve the Fire Lord Zuko trigger, adding an amount of equal to its power
3. Resolve the Hellkite Charger trigger, causing you to pay to untap all attacking creatures and to get an additional combat phase after this one
4. Repeat each combat phase
