Steps

1. Declare Cadira and Hellkite Charger as attackers
2. Hellkite Charger triggers, causing you to pay to untap all attacking creatures and to get an additional combat phase after this one
3. Deal combat damage to an opponent using Cadira
4. Cadira triggers, creating at least seven 1/1 Rabbit creature tokens
5. Move to your next combat phase
6. Declare Cadira and Hellkite Charger as attackers
7. Hellkite Charger triggers, holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar seven times by sacrificing seven Rabbits, adding
8. Resolve the Hellkite Charger trigger, causing you to pay to untap all attacking creatures and to get an additional combat phase after this one
9. Repeat from step 3
10. If you control eight or more tokens when Cadira deals combat damage, this combo nets infinite Rabbit tokens and colored mana
