Steps

1. Activate Super-Skrull's fourth ability by paying , causing you to draw eight cards
2. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping a permanent that can tap to produce at least
3. Activate the permanent by tapping it, adding at least
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you have at least in your mana pool
5. Repeat from step 1
