• Leonin Elder on the battlefield
• Biotransference on the battlefield

Steps

1. Gain life in any way
2. Basking Broodscale triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on itself
3. Basking Broodscale triggers, creating a creature token that enters the battlefield as an artifact due to Biotransference
4. Leonin Elder triggers, causing you to gain life
5. Repeat from step 2
