Steps

1. Gain life
2. The other Hero triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it Invisible Woman triggers, creating a creature token
3. When the creature token enters the battlefield, Impassioned Orator triggers, causing you to gain 1 life
4. Repeat from step 2
