Prerequisites

• Necrotic Ooze on the battlefield
• Light of Promise on the battlefield
• Kwain, Itinerant Meddler in the graveyard
• Cinderhaze Wretch in the graveyard
• Light of Promise attached to Necrotic Ooze
• Necrotic Ooze does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Activate Necrotic Ooze using Kwain's ability by tapping it, allowing each player to draw a card and gain 1 life
2. Necrotic Ooze triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on itself
3. Activate Necrotic Ooze using Cinderhaze Wretch's second ability by putting a -1/-1 counter on it, untapping it
4. Repeat

• Infinite card draw for all players
• Infinite draw triggers for all players
• Near-infinite lifegain for all players
• Near-infinite lifegain triggers for all players
