Steps

1. Cast Electrodominance, choosing X=3, but paying due to Heliod Holding priority, cast Reiterate with buyback by paying due to Heliod Resolve Reiterate, copying Electrodominance and returning Reiterate to your hand
2. Resolve the copy of Electrodominance, dealing 3 damage to any target, and allowing you to pay to cast Reiterate with buyback due to Electrodominance and Heliod Repeat from step 3
