Steps

1. Cast Seething Song by paying
2. Storm-Kiln Artist, creating a Treasure artifact token
3. Holding priority, activate a Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
4. Cast Reiterate with buyback by paying , targeting Seething Song
5. Storm-Kiln Artist, creating a Treasure artifact token
6. Resolve Reiterate, copying Seething Song and returning Reiterate to your hand
7. Storm-Kiln Artist, creating a Treasure artifact token
8. Resolve the copy of Seething Song, adding
9. Repeat from step 3
10. Once you have infinite Treasure tokens, you may use the mana to cast Reiterate infinitely and copy any instant and/or sorcery spells on the stack
