Form of the Dragon, and Axis of Mortality

Prerequisites

• Form of the Dragon on the battlefield
• Axis of Mortality on the battlefield

Steps

1. At the beginning of the end step prior to your turn, Form of the Dragon's second ability triggers, causing your life total to become five
2. At the beginning of your upkeep, Axis of Mortality and Form of the Dragon's first abilities trigger
3. Resolve the Axis of Mortality trigger, causing you and an opponent to swap life totals
4. Resolve the Form of the Dragon trigger, dealing five damage to the opponent who you swapped life totals with
5. The opponent loses the game due to having zero life
6. You may repeat this during each of your turns

Results

• Cause an opponent to lose the game at the beginning of each of your upkeeps
• Target opponent loses the game
