Steps

1. Activate mana sources to add at least
2. Cast Teferi's Protection by paying , preventing your life total from changing this turn, phasing out all permanents you control, giving you protection from everything this turn, and exiling Teferi's Protection
3. Cast Ad Nauseam by paying
4. Begin resolving Ad Nauseam, revealing the top card of your library, putting that card into your hand and losing no life due to Teferi's Protection
5. Repeat the process in step 4 as many times as desired
