• The Mirari Conjecture on the battlefield
• Bloodwater Entity on the battlefield
• The Mirari Conjecture has exactly two lore counters on it

Steps

1. At the beginning of your precombat main phase, The Mirari Conjecture triggers, putting a lore counter on it, and then causing you to copy any instant or sorcery spell you cast this turn and sacrifice The Mirari Conjecture
2. Cast Flicker by paying , targeting Bloodwater Entity
3. The Mirari Conjecture triggers, copying Flicker targeting Quintorius Kand
4. Resolve the copy of Flicker, blinking Quintorius Kand
5. Resolve the original Flicker, blinking Bloodwater Entity
6. When Bloodwater Entity enters the battlefield, its second ability triggers, putting Flicker on top of your library from your graveyard
7. Activate Quintorius Kand's second loyalty ability by removing three loyalty counters from it, causing you to exile Flicker from the top of your library and cast it without paying its mana cost, targeting Bloodwater Entity
8. Quintorius Kand and The Mirari Conjecture trigger
9. Resolve the Quintorius Kand trigger, dealing 2 damage to each opponent and causing you to gain 2 life
10. Resolve the The Mirari Conjecture trigger, copying Flicker targeting Quintorius Kand
11. Repeat from step 4
