• Revel in Riches on the battlefield
• Street Urchin on the battlefield

Steps

1. When an opponent controls a creature, activate your commander using the ability granted to it by Street Urchin by paying and sacrificing an artifact
2. Crime Novelist triggers, adding and putting a +1/+1 counter on it
3. Resolve the ability from step 1, dealing 1 damage to the targeted creature and destroying it due to your commander's deathtouch
4. When the creature dies, Revel in Riches triggers, creating a Treasure token
5. Repeat as desired

Results

• Destroy all creatures opponents control during each turn
