• Animation Module on the battlefield
• Krark-Clan Ironworks on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Krark-Clan Ironworks by sacrificing another creature you control, adding
2. When the creature dies, Korvold's second ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and draw a card
3. Animation Module triggers, causing you to pay to create a 1/1 Servo artifact creature token
4. Repeat
