• Gray Merchant of Asphodel on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield
• You have 6 or more life

Steps

1. Sacrifice Gray Merchant of Asphodel to Ashnod's Altar, adding
2. Mortuary triggers, putting Gray Merchant of Asphodel on top of your library
3. Cast Gray Merchant of Asphodel, paying five life with Bolas's Citadel
4. Gray Merchant of Asphodel triggers, causing each opponent to lose at least 6 life and gaining you that much life
5. Repeat
