Prerequisites

• Null Rod on the battlefield
• Mycosynth Lattice on the battlefield

Steps

1. Mycosynth Lattice turns all permanents into artifacts
2. Activated abilities can not be activated due to Null Rod

Results

• Nobody can activate the abilites of any permanent on the battlefield
• Lock on all activated abilities (including lands)
