Steps

1. Cast Chain of Smog by paying , targeting yourself
2. Archmage Emeritus triggers, causing you to draw a card
3. Resolve Chain of Smog, causing you to discard two cards and copy Chain of Smog, targeting yourself
4. Repeat from step 2
