Steps

1. Cast Chain of Smog by paying , targeting yourself
2. Dragonsguard Elite triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it
3. Resolve Chain of Smog, causing you to discard two cards and copy Chain of Smog, targeting yourself
4. Repeat from step 2

Results

• Infinite +1/+1 counters on Dragonsguard Elite
• Infinite magecraft triggers
