Steps

1. Cast Chain of Smog by paying , targeting yourself
2. Silverquill Apprentice triggers, giving a creature you control +1/+0 until end of turn
3. Resolve Chain of Smog, causing you to discard two cards and copy Chain of Smog, targeting yourself
4. Repeat from step 2
