• Feast of Sanity on the battlefield
• Psychic Frog on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Psychic Frog by discarding a card
2. Toluz's second ability and Feast of Sanity trigger
3. Resolve the Feast of Sanity trigger, dealing 1 damage to any target and causing you to gain 1 life
4. Resolve the Toluz trigger, exiling the discarded card from your graveyard
5. Ketramose triggers, causing you to draw a card and lose 1 life
6. Resolve the Psychic Frog ability
7. Repeat
