Steps

1. Activate Putrid Imp by discarding a card
2. Toluz's second ability triggers, exiling the discarded card from your graveyard
3. Ketramose triggers, causing you to draw a card and lose 1 life
4. Starving Revenant triggers, causing you to gain 1 life and an opponent to lose 1 life
5. Resolve the Putrid Imp ability
6. Repeat
