Steps

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Nether Traitor
2. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing another creature
3. When the creature dies, Nether Traitor triggers, causing you to pay to return Nether Traitor from your graveyard to the battlefield
4. Kheru Goldkeeper and Teval triggers, creating a Treasure token and a creature token Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability
5. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
