Nether Traitor, Phyrexian Altar, and Blight Mound

Prerequisites

• Nether Traitor on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Blight Mound on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Nether Traitor, adding
2. When Nether Traitor dies, Blight Mound triggers, creating a 1/1 Pest creature token
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Pest, adding one mana of any color
4. When the Pest dies, it and Nether Traitor trigger
5. Resolve the Pest trigger, causing you to gain 1 life
6. Resolve the Nether Traitor trigger, causing you to pay to return Nether Traitor from your graveyard to the battlefield
7. Repeat
