Prerequisites

• Junji, the Midnight Sky on the battlefield
• Bloodflow Connoisseur on the battlefield
• Falkenrath Noble on the battlefield
• Karmic Guide on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Karmic Guide
2. When Karmic Guide dies, Falkenrath Noble triggers, causing you to gain 1 life and target opponent to lose 1 life
3. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability
4. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Junji
5. When Junji dies, it and Falkenrath Noble trigger
6. Resolve the Falkenrath Noble trigger, causing you to gain 1 life and target opponent to lose 1 life
7. Resolve the Junji trigger, returning Karmic Guide from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to lose 2 life
8. When Karmic Guide enters, it triggers, returning Junji from your graveyard to the battlefield
9. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability
10. Repeat
