Prerequisites

• Continue? in hand
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Scrivener on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Scrivener and another nontoken creature, adding
2. Cast Continue? by paying , returning Scrivener and at least one other creature from your graveyard to the battlefield
3. When Scrivener enters, it triggers, returning Continue? from your graveyard to your hand
4. Repeat
