Prerequisites

• Consecrated Sphinx on the battlefield
• Notion Thief in the graveyard
• The Beamtown Bullies on the battlefield

Steps

1. During that opponent's draw step, they draw a card
2. Consecrated Sphinx triggers, holding priority, activate The Beamtown Bullies by tapping it, causing the opponent to put Notion Thief from your graveyard onto the battlefield under their control
3. Resolve the Consecrated Sphinx trigger, causing the opponent to draw two cards due to Notion Thief
4. Consecrated Sphinx triggers twice
5. Resolve the first trigger, causing the opponent to draw two cards due to Notion Thief
6. Repeat from step 4 until the opponent loses the game due to drawing from an empty library

Results

• Infinite card draw for target opponent
• Infinite draw triggers for target opponent
• Target opponent loses the game
