• Szarel, Genesis Shepherd on the battlefield
• Evolution Witness on the battlefield
• Urza's Bauble on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Urza's Bauble by tapping and sacrificing it
2. Szarel triggers, putting a number of +1/+1 counters equal to its power on Evolution Witness
3. Evolution Witness triggers, returning Urza's Bauble from your graveyard to your hand
4. Resolve the Urza's Bauble ability
5. Cast Urza's Bauble by paying
6. Repeat
